Safe Harbors Ann Street Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of Kaleidoscope of Perspectives with an Artist Reception on Saturday, January 28th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
Kaleidoscope of Perspectives features a survey of sculptures, paintings, works on paper and site-specific installations by 8 diverse contemporary artists.
This exhibit focuses on the lens that each artist uses to create, imagine and represent their own realities and to construct meaningful experiences for themselves and their audience, through inventive styles combined with individualistic perspectives.
Featured Artists: Delainey Barclay, Sydney Cash, Linda Cordell, Joy Dilworth, E.J. Herczyk, Ingrid Ludt, Suzan Shutan and Jayoung Yoon

Candlelight Tour of Historic Homes - Newburgh Historical Society 2016
Join the Newburgh Historical Society’s Annual Candlelight Tour featuring decorated homes including a diverse assortment of public and private spaces – mansions, structures in the rehabilitation process, new construction, architectural gems and some of Newburgh’s most important landmarks.
For years, community members within the second largest historic district in New York State, Newburgh, NY, have generously decorated and opened their homes to visitors in support of local history.
The 1830 Captain David Crawford House, located at 189 Montgomery Street in Newburgh, is the starting place for the Tour. A guide booklet and a custom map will be provided to add historical context and enrich the visitor experience.
